ATTIVITA’


  • Analisi e gestione dei problemi applicativi e di sistema inerenti alla piattaforma di gioco (Online/Retail)
  • Tracciatura e gestione delle segnalazioni con utilizzo del sistema di bug tracking Atlassian Jira Service Desk
  • Problem management ed escalation ai livelli di supporto superiori (Network/Sviluppo/System)
  • Analisi dei Log Applicativi
  • Aggiornamento della documentazione operativa (Atlassian Confluence)

CARATTERISTICHE

  • Buona conoscenza dei sistemi operativi unix/linux, in particolare di bash shell su Linux.
  • Buona conoscenza dei comandi sed, grep, awk, vi, less, tar
  • Conoscenza di strumenti di rete quali tcpdump, Wireshark, netcat
  • Conoscenza di server web e application server quali Apache, Jboss, Tomcat, WildFly
  • Capacità di analisi di log applicativi
  • Conoscenza di DB Oracle, Mysql
  • Buona conoscenza di SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQl
  • Conoscenza di tool per la gestione DB quali TOAD, SqlDeveloper
  • Buone conoscenze dei principi del networking
  • Buona Conoscenza ed utilizzo di strumenti di Monitoraggio e di analisi log
  • Problem solving
  • Abilità di lavorare in modo flessibile se richiesto
  • Ottime capacità interpersonali e abilità di lavorare in team
  •  Trattare con confidenzialità tutte le informazioni con le quali si entra in contatto
