Purpose of Role: 

Trading Performance Manila work alongside the Profiling and Bet Acceptance teams in Europe to provide comprehensive management of our customer base. We work across all RoW (rest of the world) and UK labels – Bwin, Sportingbet, Ladbrokes and Coral. Effective customer management maximises the revenue and margin of the sportsbook product.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Evaluating customers and customer groups on their expected value to the company 

  • Responding to trader recommendations on customer factor changes 

  • Taking high stakes bet referrals from requests above the digital limits 

  • Managing the pre-live UK sports product. Golf, Cricket, Rugby, and Darts 

  • Daily reporting for Ladbrokes and Coral performance 

  • Retrospective analysis of specific customer groups


Preferred Skills and Experience: 

  • Passion and knowledge for all sports 

  • Understanding pricing (decimal/fractional), margin, and strengths of markets 

  • An understanding and knowledge of the betting industry, especially Euro/UK facing sportsbook 

  • Mathematical background and highly numerate 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (in English) 

  • Experience in customer profiling or customer management 

  • Flexible with working hours, including night shifts, public holidays, and weekends to suit the business needs 

  • Ability to remain focused, deliver high quality work and meet deadlines even when under pressure

  • Degree level or similar. Mathematical background an advantage 

  • Competent in Word and Excel 

  • Basic SQL skills an advantage but not essential
