About the Role 


As the Forecasting & Scheduling Supervisor for BetMGM, you will be supporting the creation and execution of our new, centralized, transformational, workforce management strategy alongside the Workforce Manager. You will specifically be supporting the Forecasting & Scheduling function. 


This is an exciting opportunity to have ownership over forecasting customer demand and scheduling resources effectively to ensure optimal operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be managing scheduling & forecasting analysts, but you will be involved in planning for our future needs and growth from a strategic and data-driven point of view. This may involve further role building, process improvement and creation, tool management (specifically NICE), and x-functional partnerships.


Essential Functions:

  •  3+ year of experience in Workforce Management with proven success of leading forecast and scheduling functions
  • Expert knowledge in recent NICE CXone platforms, and Zendesk is essential
  •  Up-to-date knowledge of WFM KPIs and best practices
  • Proficiency in statistical modeling, forecasting techniques is essential
  • Highly data driven background, any additional certifications are a plus 
  •  Superior communication skills and confidence in managing varying levels of stakeholders is a plus
  •  You adapt well to changing needs and priorities and can pivot easily to achieve goals and deadlines
  •  Strategic and creative thinker with proven ability to visualize and operationalize strategies  
  •  Experience working at innovative and fast-paced environment is a plus 
  •  Experience and interest in Sports betting & gaming a plus
  •  Continuous improvement skills are essential
