About the Role 

 

As a Capacity Planning and Scheduling Analyst for Workforce Management at BetMGM, based in Manila, you will be a crucial part of our new, centralized, transformational workforce management team. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance and maintain robust short- and long-term forecasts for our Customer Operations teams and Risk teams. Additionally, you will be tasked with generating and optimizing schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and contributing to data-driven decision-making for operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of operational strategies, forecasting, scheduling, and driving data-driven decision-making for our teams.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Short and Long-Term Forecasting: Create and maintain accurate short- and long-term forecasts for customer demand within the Customer Operations and Risk teams.
  • Statistical Modeling: Apply strong analytical and quantitative skills, utilizing statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.
  • Forecasting Tools: Utilize forecasting software and tools such as SAS, R, or Python.
  • Detail-Oriented: Maintain a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of forecasting and scheduling.
  • Independence: Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • WFM Knowledge: Stay updated on Workforce Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and best practices.
  • Strategic Thinking: Be a strategic and creative thinker, visualizing and operationalizing strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Possess skills in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leadership: Lead with an assertive yet professional demeanor, capable of coaching and developing talent.

Qualifications:
  • Workforce Management Experience: Leverage your 3+ years of experience in Workforce Management, particularly in the forecast function.
  • Platform Expertise: Possess expert knowledge of recent NICE CXone platforms and Zendesk.
  • Data Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and other data manipulation tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Employ strong problem-solving abilities to draw insights from complex datasets.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Innovation: Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment and drive the business forward while building capabilities.
  • Transparency: Value transparency and promote communication and collaboration across the entire team for collective success.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to changing needs and priorities and pivot easily to achieve goals and deadlines.
  • Sports Betting & Gaming: Experience and interest in sports betting and gaming is a plus.
