  • Identify, automate, and validate the extraction of new metrics from a variety of Customer Operations data sources for use in upcoming analysis and reports by working closely with the business intelligence and technology teams
  • Support daily reporting requirements for Customer Operations, learn about the business and provide meaningful suggestions when creating reports and dashboards
  • Analyze trends, data, notes, root cause analysis using raw customer operations data, and then create reports and dashboards based on business needs
  • Create BI reporting tools and dashboards for the organization using any significant BI applications such as Power BI, SQL client software application, database administration tools (DBEAVER, Teradata) & Python distribution / Data Discovery and Analytics platform
  • Create and maintain reports based on various potential data sources as requested by the organization, using SQL to query our databases, or using advanced Excel skills where necessary
  • Continuously support the team and centralized reporting systems, identify areas for continuous improvement, avoiding duplication
  • Examine data-processing workflows and deal with data inconsistencies
  • Determine opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation of reports or processes


  • Understanding of overall operational activities including phone, email, chat, community and social media support. Zendesk experience a plus
  • Must have at least three years of experience as a reporting or business analyst & WFM in Call Center Operations (for external)
  • Must be amenable to report and work on site and on shifting schedules
  • Knowledgeable in BI tools such as Power BI, SQL, Teradata, DBEAVER, HIVE, Python (proficiency is an advantage)
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills are a plus
  • Skillful in MS Excel functions including Visual Basic
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
  • Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
