As a Legal and Responsible Associate you will contribute to the set-up, implementation, development and monitoring of responsible gaming and compliance policies. You will work on a key function in satisfactory complaint settlement within our international Customer Service.
Salary: min 37K annually.
Reporting to on of the team leads of Legal and Responsible Gambling team, you will be part of a team responsible for expertise to other units within the group on topics falling into the mentioned areas.

What you will do:
- Handling and assessment of customer cases falling into responsible gaming field while contributing to the development of the operative framework
- Settlement and prevention of major complaints from customers
- Provide consulting and expertise to Customer Service and within the group on operative matters with legal, regulatory and compliance implications
- Contribute to internal and external audits
- Coordinate the teams contribution to relevant CS and company-wide projects
Who you are:
- Interest and/or experience in Responsible Gaming, legal matters, mediation, risk management, anti-money laundering, compliance or other industry regulatory environment will be considered an asset
- High level of English and German
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good level in any other additional language will be considered a plus
- Good team player
- Analytical mind and high quality awareness
- Proactive, flexible and stress resistance personality
- Excellent communication, networking and conflict management skills
- Motivated personality able to cope with complexity
