Create moments of delight that retain and sustain our talent for the future.

We are seeking someone to join our team to be responsible for business change of our global experience-led People Transformation programme. The People Change Specialist will work closely with the Global Change Team and other stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption and implementation of changes across the organisation.

This includes developing communications, supporting change impact assessments, engaging with Change Champions, Focus Groups and Super Users, and the planning, execution and coordination of training activities across all our in-scope countries and business.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong stakeholder relationship development and communications skills, has a strong passion for people experience-led change journeys and understands the value of leveraging communications and change option techniques to drive a frictionless and fatigue-free adoption of new ways of working, technologies and services.

You will bring our values to life in all of your work and interaction with others – doing what’s right, going beyond, keeping it simple and winning together.

  • Develop, maintain and co-ordinate a comprehensive training plan outlining timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and events, ensuring alignment with the transformation roadmap.

  • Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials, presentations, and resources to facilitate learning and development.

  • Support business readiness and operational acceptance assessments to measure business readiness for the change and identify any gaps in skills or knowledge that require further training or support.

  • Play an active role in post go live hypercare activities, supporting stakeholders as required with regards the new capability or driving adoption.

  • Providing adoption metrics to measure benefits realisation and to contribute to lessons learned for future projects.
