Are you creative at telling a product’s story to the Market? Do you enjoy understanding products' value propositions and translating them to consumers? Do you have an eye for consumer insights & driving product roadmaps?

If this is you, Entain is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the unikrn team in Sydney. You will develop comprehensive product marketing strategies and guidance in support of product strategies.

 

In 2021, Entain acquired unikrn to launch the company’s esports practice. unikrn is one of the world’s preeminent esports betting platforms. unikrn paved the wave in the sports betting industry by offering esports odds across 35 titles, as well as virtual esports and streamer betting. unikrn also boasts a skill-based betting platform that allows players to wager on themselves in ranked matches in the world’s most popular gaming titles.


What you will be doing

Product Launch Success

  • Working alongside product and marketing partners to plan and execute product launch campaigns.

  • Increasing percentage in sales/revenue after product launch.

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction scores related to product launches

Market Awareness and Positioning

  • Promoting product knowledge and awareness among internal and external customers.

  • Establish market share growth within the target segment.

  • Ensuring positive changes in brand perception and positioning.

Sales Enablement

  • Developing and delivering sales collateral and tools.

  • Using  and giving feedback on sales enablement resources.

  • Ensuring Business Development team satisfaction and effectiveness metrics.

Competitive Analysis

  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities regularly.

  • Comparing market share with key competitors.

  • Identifying competitive advantages and weaknesses.

Product Feedback and Improvement

  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback on products.

  • Delivering of VoC insights to influence  product improvements.

  • Reducing product-related issues and customer complaints


What We Are Looking for

  • Passion for creating differentiated experiences and is excited by the opportunity to redefine what marketing looks like for our industry and beyond.

  • Experience and connection to the gaming / esports / youth culture industries, working with numerous stakeholders from publishers, properties and/or talent management.

  • Strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills are a must.

  • Collaboration with colleagues across all lines of business to identify and develop unique strategic programs to deliver against business objectives.

  • All around strategic thinker who is well-versed in culture, analytics, consumer insights and employs a customer first mindset to all experiential plans and activations.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple programs concurrently.

  • High energy, self-starter, team-oriented, innovative, and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Has the ability to get things done while having fun. Come ready to contribute to a team that has a positive mind-set. 

  • Ability to work hours that accommodate team involvement across multiple time zones.
