Internal Communications Partner
Salary: Competitive 
Location: London, Stratford 
As Internal Communications Partner, you will be helping senior leaders to give clarity and bring energy to their teams, while also working closely with key business stakeholders - including functional Directors and ExCo - to provide subject matter expertise on all aspects of internal communications; strategic planning and counsel, compelling narrative, change communication and engagement. You will work on impactful content and campaigns for use across our internal communication channels, putting our values at the heart of the story that tells our people how we’re delivering our strategic priorities. 

Reporting to Senior Internal Communications Partner, you will be part of the Internal Communication and Engagement team who are at the very heart of Entain. You will be a trusted communications advisor for the Corporate teams - which includes our People, Finance and Compliance teams - and will help bring to life the moments that matter for them and the wider business through first class communications and engaging and compelling storytelling, inspiring our people to play at the top of their game

What you will do 

  • Plan and own the development of high-quality internal communications
  • Make sure the business strategic narrative, tone of voice, visual approach and campaigns connect with our people in the very best way so that they can advocate for the business
  • Actively build great relationships with key stakeholders across your business area and the wider business to develop a strong understanding of our priorities, challenges and audiences
  • Demonstrate ability to challenge and influence at all levels of the business in a positive and respectful way

Who you are 

  • Credible Business Partner with at least three years’ experience in an Internal Comms Partner role for a fast and complex organisation.
  • Proven experience of delivering high impact employee engagement communications – including campaigns and events – across multiple audiences to drive understanding, sentiment, and behaviour
  • Proven experience of leading change and transformation communications
  • Good creative, technical and platform knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrable evidence of positively influencing employee engagement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding and appreciation of outstanding communications techniques, theories and practices - both internal and external - and the ability to translate these into practical plans
  • The ability and pragmatism to move at pace in complex communications environment and know where to focus limited resources for the maximum impact
