Our UK offices are based in London (Stratford and Farringdon) and Nottingham, where we operate on a hybrid working model. (2+ days in the office) This role is based out of out Farringdon office



  • Design and implement a robust Business Intelligence Group which is both sustainable and proportionate in managing & mitigating Entain’s FinCrime Risks.
  • Devise and implement a standardised ‘End to End’ due diligence workflow which is fully auditable, documented and consistent with industry standards and best practice.
  • Develop applicable search criteria methodologies, report temples and adverse media search strings.
  • Play a critical role in the continued fostering of key stakeholder relationships across all Entain entities, subsidiaries, and JVs.
  • Assess and develop a ‘toolkit’ suite of data sources and 3rd party information providers.
  • Map BIG SME capabilities and language coverage.
  • Produce DD reports on higher risk customers (including SOF/SOW escalations) and 3rd party relationships.
  • Review client documentation, including Know Your Customer (KYC) information, and other relevant materials as part of the EDD evaluation.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments and industry best practice to ensure that the EDD process aligns with the latest standards.
  • Ensure BIG are the SPOC for managing relationships with external due diligence providers (E.G Kroll, The Risk Advisory Group), including responsibility for maintaining a preferred EDD vendor list and initiating individual assignment engagements.
  • Launch an initial pilot team from within International AFC, before a wider rollout across the Group.
  • Provide thorough oversight and support to the work conducted by the team. Maintain overall accountability to deliver the reviews to time and quality.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in AFC, business, or related study
  • Detailed knowledge of AFC (AML, TF, Fraud, Corruption and Sanctions) regulations, legislation, and guidance.
  • Proven track record in setting up and managing Global EDD functions.
  • Experience of regulatory FinCrime management in complex organisations
  • Experience of multiple stakeholder management at senior management level, including stakeholders from the business and control functions, as well as third party organisations
