As a Commercial Manager (Sportsbook Strategy &
Planning) you will be responsible for defining our Commercial Strategy and making
priority decisions relating to areas of investment to deliver it in both the
medium and long term.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Sportsbook
Strategy & Planning, and working alongside another Commercial Manager, your
role will involve the management of stakeholders across the business to
coordinate and ensure successful implementation of initiatives that drive our
Commercial performance.

What you will
do
- Be critical in the delivery of Sportsbook KIPs, requiring a strong
understanding of the Sports and Betting industries
- Forecasting of promotional / bonus spend
- Planning and target setting for “key events”
- Leading forecasting for Sportsbook activities aligning with Finance,
BI, Marketing and Props teams
- Commercial Lead for business cases and target setting for short-term
and strategic initiatives, clearly influencing what is defined as “success”
- Ongoing understanding of wider market and competitor activity that
has the potential to impact performance, identify trends between market
activity and LC sportsbook performance.

- High degree of numerical and analytical skills
- Commercial acumen
- Effective communication and influence cross-functionally and to
senior stakeholders
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of sports betting / gaming sector
