WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Proposition Fulfilment Executive, you will be responsible for the setup and execution of all sportsbook bonus mechanisms across the region. This will include all new customer acquisition, ATL marketing, BTL retention, and reactivation offers.

You will work with your internal business stakeholders (Proposition Teams & Player Marketing Teams) to setup, test and execute all bonus and promotion offers, ensuring that the end-to-end customer journey is delivered to the highest standards.

WHO YOU ARE

Essential:

                     Sportsbook and/or Gaming systems administration experience across multiple platforms and tools.

                     Strong numeracy skills with a key eye for detail.

                     Strong organisational skills, as well as the capacity to work independently and deliver on time and under pressure.

                     Previous experience of having worked in a sector with well-defined regulatory governance.

                     A passion for delivering flawless customer experiences.

                     Competent Microsoft Office user.

Desired:

                     Natural enthusiasm for sports, betting and gaming sector is advantageous, but not essential.
