As a Proposition Executive, you will be part of the team responsible for delivering a compelling sportsbook proposition that is aligned with the brand strategy, driving customer activity and revenue.

What you will do 

  • You will be a pivotal participant in activities to research, ideate, and define new sportsbook propositions.
  • Maintain a sports calendar/sportsbook proposition. 
  • Assist the Sportsbook Proposition Manager in the process of creating detailed planning of major marketing campaigns.
  • Ensuring that all new Sportsbook propositions have the appropriate customer terms and remain fully compliant with all regulatory standards.
  • Act as the first line of contact for all queries about the sportsbook propositions 
  • Work with CX teams to identify areas of the proposition customer journey that can be improved.

Who you are 

  • Previous experience working in propositions would be ideal
  • Analytically minded, you will be an established user of Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
  • You will have previously worked in a data-rich environment and possess the basic skills needed to read and interpret performance.
  • Strong organisational skills and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience working in the ideation/scoping of customer propositions.
  • Previous experience working within sports betting and/or gaming proposition or promotional roles.
  • A passion for sports, betting, and gaming.
