We are
looking for two Proposition Executives to join our Sportsbook team and look
after our German and Austrian markets.
Germany is
one of our biggest markets, and therefore we need people who already have
experience managing or working across this market within the sports betting and
gaming industry.
If you
speak German, well that would be a huge bonus! However, the experience is
really key for us.
What You Will
Do
- You
will be a pivotal participant in activities to research, ideate, and
define new sportsbook propositions.
- Maintain
a sports calendar/sportsbook proposition.
- Assist
the Sportsbook Proposition Manager in the process of creating detailed
planning of major marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring
that all new Sportsbook propositions have the appropriate customer terms
and remain fully compliant with all regulatory standards.
- Act as
the first line of contact for all queries about the sportsbook
propositions
- Work
with CX teams to identify areas of the proposition customer journey that
can be improved.

Who You Are
- Previous
experience working with the German market in the sports betting and gaming
industry.
- Confident
using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
- Previous
experience working in the ideation/scoping of customer propositions.
- A
passion for sports, betting, and gaming.
- Fluent
in English, ideally German as well but this isn’t essential.
