As a Proposition Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a compelling sportsbook proposition that is aligned with the brand strategy, driving customer activity and revenue.

What you will do 

·       Aligned to the Brand strategy, establish practices to research, ideate and define new sportsbook propositions.

·       Maintain a sports calendar/sportsbook proposition overlay that runs at least 6 weeks in advance, distributing this proposition schedule for use by all Brand & Player marketing teams.

·       Actively participate in the detailed planning of major marketing campaigns, on hand to ensure the commercial intent of the proposition is understood and factored into the wider plans throughout.

·       Support the Director of Sportsbook Proposition & Director of Sportsbook Commercial Performance in budgeting bonus spend for all promotions.

·       For all new propositions build the appropriate internal educational material and ensure adoption/understanding across all the relevant Entain teams.

·       For all new sportsbook propositions, you will work with the relevant Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all aspects of the customer terms are fit for purpose.

·       Work with CX teams to identify areas of the proposition customer journey that can be improved.

·       Work with Gaming Proposition and Operational Teams to drive the Sports>Gaming cross-sell performance within your brand.

·       Work with the sportsbook product team to identify sportsbook ‘feature’ and ‘promotional mechanic’ development candidates.

·       Support the development process as the primary business sponsor; define requirements, support ‘test & learn’ process etc.

Who you are 


  • A strong people manager, you will have experience of having led small teams successfully in e-commerce environments.
  • You will have experience working in complex matrix organisations, with the skill set to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • With exceptional analytical skills, you will have a history of having used data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience working in/alongside a sports trading team and awareness of the components that drive trading performance within Sportsbook.
  • A self-starter, you will have experience of having taken the initiative to identify and solve business performance problems.
  • An excellent communicator across all digital and audio/visual channels, you will be confident in your ability to collaborate with wider business teams.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Tools user capability.


  • Previous experience of having operated as a business sponsor in product development processes.
  • A natural enthusiasm for sports, betting and gaming in general.
  • Experience of having worked in a sports trading function.
