Head of Account Management (Creative Agency)
As our Head of Account Management, your role will be to lead and inspire our creative Account Management team. Helping them provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business.
We are an in-house creative agency responsible for bringing all communications and marketing briefs to life, through creating and producing innovative content that increases business performance across Entain brands. We deliver campaigns spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing, tv and social.
This role is critical to developing and managing the ways of working and processes to improve stakeholder experience and satisfaction.

What you will do
- Build and develop relationships with senior stakeholders across the Entain portfolio of brands whilst ensuring stakeholder requirements are met.
- Support the Account Team to create and maintain high level stakeholder relationships; attending meetings where required.
- Define priorities and ensure there is internal alignment against stakeholder marketing plans.
- Understand the medium to long-term vision/objectives to enable proactive recommendations.
- Aactively keeping abreast of current industry trends and activity.
- Account management of one brand (when needed)
- Anticipate stakeholder needs with proactive and appropriate resolutions.
- Ensure quality control by challenging mediocrity and intervening when needed to ensure first-class delivery.
- Lead and manage the account management team.
- Provide development, coaching, objectives & goal setting, performance management; to ensure your team is motivated and productive
- Develop the skills and knowledge Account Management team
- Create an environment for the account management and project management team to thrive
- Optimise the team to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively with rest of creative team
Who you are
- Account Director (or equivalent) experience working on multiple brands
- Is able to understand stakeholder strategy and priorities both creatively and commercially
- Creative/Marketing agency environment experience or In house experience for a strong brand.
- You'll have proven results in delivering 360 campaigns from TV to Digital and OOH.
- Ability to pitch and present to a diverse range of stakeholders across multiple levels up to Exco.
- Has led teams through change and transformation
- Pitching and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience of working with leaders up to and including exco
- Exemplary relationship and communication skills
