As a Programmatic Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting performance campaigns. You will also work alongside the marketing, conversion and creative teams to ensure performance efficiency and growth against monthly targets.

Reporting to the Programmatic Manager, you will be part of our dynamic team and help shape the future of performance marketing!

What you will do 


·       Plan, coordinate, analyse, and optimise campaign performance, including impact on KPIs. 

·       Ideation and creative thinking are required as promotions and campaigns must increase customer satisfaction and interaction. 

·       Identify new opportunities to scale activity across brand, acquisition & retention. Translate them into media plans, considering previous performance and upcoming Sport events and/or Gaming Propositions around payday cycles.

·       Continues monitoring of channel performance/budgets.

·       Accountable for the day-to-day media buying and optimisation across DSPs (e.g. DV360, Xandr, TTD etc) for brand, acquisition & retention.  

·       Contribute ideas & run A/B and multivariate tests across digital channels to analyse and improve performance against business KPIs.

·       Continues testing of cookie-less solutions (e.g. contextual buying).

Who you are 


·       Proficiency in Ad Operations (DCM) to generate tags, implement various tracking parameters and manage creative rotation.

·       Technical experience working in social media advertising tools and platforms.

·       Strong analytic and qualitative skills with the ability to analyse and use data efficiently.

·       Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to engage and collaborate within a large organisation.

·       Strategic thinker with the ability to present ideas.

·       Fluent in the analysis and presentation of data; complex data sets reduced to clear messages resulting in action from the various marketing teams.

·       High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

·       Strong understanding of digital advertising legislation and codes of practice.
