As our Head of Production you will will oversee all work coming through the department, being responsible for the resource planning and production of all content. Supporting creative team to deliver 360 briefs on time and on budget.

You will be responsible for the accurate costing of resource and production budgets, to deliver optimum workflow and cost efficiency.

This role is critical to developing and managing the ways of working and processes to improve efficient production processes.

What you will do

  • Responsible for the production of all work created by the department.
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across the Entain portfolio of brands whilst ensuring stakeholder requirements are met.
  • Forward planning resource needs across all teams
  • Oversee all financial aspects of production, contracts, budgeting and weekly reconciliations.
  • Scoping out projects, managing budgets, timelines and schedules across integrated campaigns / projects
  • Ensure timelines are agreed and met for each phase of production.
  • Regularly review the tech stack to ensure we have the best tools to deliver content
  • Ensure all legal, compliance needs are met across all productions from shoots to design assets.
  • Support the Production team to help them to realise creative ideas efficiently and practically.
  • Responsible for the health and safety of all Production staff and freelancers on Perform premises or attending shoots and ensuring the department are trained and following Health & Safety Procedures
  • Ensure all work delivered is compliant with relevant governing bodies.
  • Keep up to date and develop the latest digital, edit and filming, production processes and technologies
  • Oversee all financial aspects of production, contracts, budgeting and weekly reconciliations.
  • Maintaining clear and effective reporting systems including music detail reporting.
  • Lead and manage the Production team and freelance talent as needed.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs with proactive and appropriate resolutions.
  • Support the development of your team members, proactively Provide development, seeking opportunities to stretch them.
Who you are
  • You will have a proven track record of managing a production team in-house or within agency for prominent brands.
  • Experience in managing multiple complex integrated cross media campaigns ATL and TTL, across video production, post production, social media, digital.
  • Strong post production design background.
  • Experience forecasting and managing production and supplier budgets across multiple brands.
  • Proven experience implementing efficient production workflows.
  • Negotiation experience that has led to cost efficiencies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of licensing of artistic material across all formats and locations within agreed timings, and artist’s rights.
  • Experience of working with a diverse group of stakeholders, up to and including Exco 
  • Demonstrable experience of being client facing and working with marketers across multiple brands and locations.
  • Built and led teams through change and transformation
  • Exemplary relationship and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders, delegating where appropriate to ensure deliverables are met
