Senior Producer

As our Senior Producer you will be responsible managing a team of Producers and Production Co-Ordinator's that deliver 360 campaigns across our brands. You’ll produce large-scale branding work, standalone TVCs, photoshoots, online and social films, as well as integrated campaigns across our brands.

We are an in-house creative agency responsible for bringing all communications and marketing briefs to life, through creating and producing innovative content that increases business performance across Entain brands. We deliver campaigns spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing, tv and social.

What you will do

  • Produce all elements of 360 Media campaigns, ensuring successful delivery of on & off-air elements and driving projects from briefing to delivery for one of our brands.
  • Scoping out production solutions across Tier 1 projects, to ensure assets are delivered on time and within budget.                       
  • Manage integrated projects from initial brief to post-live support, creating and managing detailed project plans (budgets, and timelines).                                                              
  • Create estimates for each concept to present to stakeholders.
  • Tracking and reconciling campaign budgets to create maximum production value at every stage.                                          
  • Collaborating with Account management to ensure changes in scope are communicated,  managed and delivered.
  • Reconciling and closing off budgets and tracking hours for currency model.
  • Licensing assets for campaigns (music, imagery v/o, fonts)
  • Sourcing and working with external production suppliers                                                  
  • Managing feedback and approvals processes both within the team and in the wider business.                                                                                                                                       
  • Ensuring all production practices are in line with latest industry regulations and health and safety requirements for all shoots
  • Ensuring all content is legally compliant and communicated to Delivery and Automation team.
  • Mentoring Production co-ordinators
  • Occasional travel is expected as part of the role, including oversees

Who you are

  • 360 Senior/Producer with post production experience gained in either Advertising Agency, Production Companies or in -house.  
  • Able to show a body of work illustrating large scale productions, multi-location (international), & large cast/talent project 
  • Extensive production shoot knowledge - understanding formats, cameras, lighting, studio & location equipment
  • Have a network of industry contacts.
  • Demonstrable commercial production & digital media knowledge, post production workflows (including design & audio), tech specs and media management.                                                                                         
  • Understanding kit requirements, cameras, lighting, studio & location equipment.
  • Knowledge of TVC production & digital media, post production workflows (including design & audio), tech specs and media management.                                                                              
  • Able to manage a varied and complex workload
  • Experience in creating moving image assets across both film and animation (3D and 2D)
