What you will do
· Own and develop the GamingProposition, ensuring our proposition suite delivers market-leading experiencesthat create commercial benefit through enhanced customer retention and lifetimevalue
· Develop the Proposition tomeet our customer & consumer insight both through the promotions and theirrespective communication to deliver on our brand positioning
· Co-ordinate the analytics,planning, execution and reporting of new proposition experiences betweeninternal business teams ensuring a collective approach to Propositions
· Manage & optimise thepromotional budget to deliver bonus efficiency & ROI from all campaigns
· Establish regular, detailedanalysis of the Proposition performance, with actionable insight on how toevolve and/or refine promotions
· Collaboration with internalstakeholders including our Brand & CRM functions to ensure our propositionmatches our brand positioning and adheres to our overall Gaming strategy
· Oversee the execution ofProposition experiences to ensure delivery of an outstanding customerexperience
· Create strong relationshipswith internal business functions to deliver 360-degree customer experiences

Who you are
· Customer marketing and/or experience withdigital promotions
· Experience working with multiple products andverticals simultaneously
· Experience working with and delivering on brandstrategies
· Commercially savvy and able to leverage a rangeof customer & commercial skillsets on demand
· Experience managing budgets and delivering ROIon campaign spend
· Experience with retention strategies andcampaigns
· Exemplary written and spoken English
· Good IT skills, specifically Excel &PowerPoint
· Strong people leader with a proven record ofcoaching and developing teams
