As our Gaming Propositions Manager for Passive
Markets you will be responsible for owning and developing the Gaming
Proposition, creating market-leading experiences which attract, reward, and
retain our customers. You will deliver our brand positioning through the
experiences you create, working with teams right across the business to
achieve our brand strategy.
You will have
full responsibility for the Proposition suite, focused on developing a
market-leading proposition which is underpinned by first-class consumer and
market insight. You will develop and own the detailed performance analysis and
optimisation of your budget to deliver maximum ROI.
You will play
a key role in the Gaming Proposition management team, driving a
high-performance culture with line management responsibility and a strong
focus on personal development and empowerment.

What you will do
·
Own and develop the Gaming
Proposition, ensuring our proposition suite delivers market-leading experiences
that create commercial benefit through enhanced customer retention and lifetime
value
·
Develop the Proposition to
meet our customer & consumer insight both through the promotions and their
respective communication to deliver on our brand positioning
·
Co-ordinate the analytics,
planning, execution and reporting of new proposition experiences between
internal business teams ensuring a collective approach to Propositions
·
Manage & optimise the
promotional budget to deliver bonus efficiency & ROI from all campaigns
·
Establish regular, detailed
analysis of the Proposition performance, with actionable insight on how to
evolve and/or refine promotions
·
Collaboration with internal
stakeholders including our Brand & CRM functions to ensure our proposition
matches our brand positioning and adheres to our overall Gaming strategy
·
Oversee the execution of
Proposition experiences to ensure delivery of an outstanding customer
experience
·
Create strong relationships
with internal business functions to deliver 360-degree customer experiences

Who you are
·
Customer marketing and/or experience with
digital promotions
·
Experience working with multiple products and
verticals simultaneously
·
Experience working with and delivering on brand
strategies
·
Commercially savvy and able to leverage a range
of customer & commercial skillsets on demand
·
Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI
on campaign spend
·
Experience with retention strategies and
campaigns
·
Exemplary written and spoken English
·
Good IT skills, specifically Excel &
PowerPoint
·
Strong people leader with a proven record of
coaching and developing teams
