As a Poker Room Executive you will be at the heart of the business, devising, delivering and optimising a schedule of games that excites our players, maxmises rake efficiency and maintains a long-term sustainable poker room ecology. Engaging with other labels representatives, Including B2B partners, for Poker Room support, will be part of your Team to handle.

Assisting in the operational management and regulated markets you will assist in the planning and execution of the poker tournament and cash games offering. This includes constant analysis to optimise player yield and retention via game optimisation and to maximize long-term sustainable poker room ecology.

Location : Sofia

Poker Room Operations is the hub of poker knowledge and systems, with varied requests and enquiries from across the business; working as a team to ensure these are handled precisely and efficiently is key to our success as a brand.

What you will do

  • Design and deliver a daily Tournament and cash game offering across the designated regions  liquidities, that ensures competitive advantage, and maximises rake efficiency whilst maintaining long-term sustainable poker room ecology
  • Create, check and maintain the poker offering across all formats
  • Analyse results and performance of our products, focusing on key KPIs
  • Drive a data lead risk evaluation and optimisation cycle in conjunction with the BI Team and make daily strategic decisions that result in direct, significant, high value impact on revenue - both immediate and long term
  • Work with our affiliate team, marketing team and B2B partners to create bespoke tournament and cash game offerings and promotions
  • Contribute to product innovation and direction

Who you are

What we are really looking for:

●          Extensive online poker knowledge and playing experience
●          Strong analytical skills
●          Strong competitor knowledge
●          Proficiency in Microsoft Office
●          Excellent execution skills
●          Good organisational, and prioritisation skills

It would be nice if you already had the below, but it’s not essential :

●          Experience playing online poker full time 
●          Advanced Microsoft Excel
