We are looking for a Head of Gaming Propositions to join our team and manage the Central & Western Europe region. In the role, you will be responsible for the Gaming proposition suite and its associated performance across multiple brands within multiple markets, mainly Germany, Austria, and Belgium.

You will lead a team of three highly motivated Proposition Managers and will oversee the ideation, development, and delivery of market-leading experiences that attract, reward, and retain our customers.

Working closely with the Director of Gaming Proposition – Europe & Canada, you will develop and implement the strategy for your brands; aligned to the wider Gaming Proposition and Brand strategies. You will have accountability for the bonus budget and its respective performance and optimisation across multiple brands and markets. You will also work closely with the Commercial team, and play a critical role in the overall brand & market performance; identifying trends and opportunities to drive engagement with our proposition and implement important commercial initiatives.  

Location: Ideally you will be based in Gibraltar, and there is a relocation package available to UK/EU citizens who are interested in relocating there. We are also open to London based candidates, however it’s worth noting that you would be required to travel to Gibraltar regularly to have face to face time with your team.   

What you will do

  • Accountable for the allocation and efficiency of the Gaming Proposition bonus spend and the wider performance of your brands within your markets
  • Work with the Director of Gaming Proposition – Europe & Canada to build and implement the Proposition strategy, ensuring our proposition delivers market-leading experiences that deliver commercial benefit through enhanced retention and brand loyalty
  • Oversee promotional bonus cost allocation to ensure we deliver on our budgeted spend and its associated efficiency & ROI
  • Collate and communicate the monthly and quarterly strategic proposition priorities, ensuring they are aligned to the wider Gaming Proposition strategy and will deliver commercial performance
  •  Drive advanced personalisation and segmentation techniques throughout the proposition and wider customer experience
  • Oversee the alignment and management of the Gaming & Sports products with a focus on driving X-Sell conversion and commercial performance
  • Lead the Proposition team to collaborate with the BI and Commercial teams to build a first-class analytics suite and communicate weekly performance reports
  • Lead the Proposition team to collaborate with the CRM team to build a state-of-the-art, personalised communications plan which drives proposition engagement and retention
  • Lead the Proposition team to collaborate with Performance Marketing to support a strong acquisition strategy for each brand, optimising propositions to support performance marketing targets.

  • Excellent knowledge of the Central & Western Europe Gaming market
  • Strong understanding of retention and conversion strategy and tactics
  • Excellent commercial awareness
  • Strong customer insight and analytics skills
  • Confident communicator
  • Strong people leader with a proven record of coaching and developing teams
