As our Head of Gaming Propositions for Central & Westen Europe you will be responsible for the Gaming proposition suite and its associated performance across multiple brands within multiple-markets. Leading a highly-motivated team of Proposition Managers, you will be responsible for overseeing the ideation, development and delivery of market-leading experiences which attract, reward, and retain our customers. 

You will work closely with the Director of Gaming Proposition – Europe & Canada to develop and implement the strategy for your brands; aligned to the wider Gaming Proposition and Brand strategies. You will have accountability for the bonus budget and its respective performance and optimisation across multiple brands and markets. Working closely with the Commercial team, you will play a critical role in the overall brand & market performance; identifying trends and opportunities to drive engagement with our proposition and implement important commercial initiatives.  

You will be responsible for ensuring the Centres of Excellence and highly engaged and aligned to the Gaming business and proposition plan, including CRM, Brand and Performance Marketing.

What you will do

  • Accountable for the allocation and efficiency of the Gaming Proposition bonus spend and the wider performance of your brands within your markets
  • Work with the Director of Gaming Proposition – Europe & Canada to build and implement the Proposition strategy, ensuring our proposition delivers market-leading experiences that deliver commercial benefit through enhanced retention and brand loyalty
  • Oversee promotional bonus cost allocation to ensure we deliver on our budgeted spend and its associated efficiency & ROI
  • Collate and communicate the monthly and quarterly strategic proposition priorities, ensuring they are aligned to the wider Gaming Proposition strategy and will deliver commercial performance
  •  Drive advanced personalisation and segmentation techniques throughout the proposition and wider customer experience
  • Oversee the alignment and management of the Gaming & Sports products with a focus on driving X-Sell conversion and commercial performance
  • Lead the Proposition team to collaborate with the BI and Commercial teams to build a first-class analytics suite and communicate weekly performance reports
  • Lead the Proposition team to collaborate with the CRM team to build a state-of-the-art, personalised communications plan which drives proposition engagement and retention
  • Lead the Proposition team to collaborate with Performance Marketing to support a strong acquisition strategy for each brand, optimising propositions to support performance marketing targets.

Who you are

  • Excellent knowledge of the Central & Western Europe Gaming market
  • Exceptional understanding of retention and conversion strategy and tactics
  • Experience managing large propositions across multiple brands
  • Excellent commercial awareness and anticipation
  • Strong customer insight and analytics skills with the ability to leverage them effectively
  • Experience working with and delivering on a brand strategy and positioning
  • Comprehensive understanding of Central & Western Europe Gambling regulations and compliance
  • Superb communicator with outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Strong people leader with a proven record of coaching and developing teams
