As an Affiliate Account Manager, you will be responsible fordriving the digital performance of the affiliate marketing channel for theaffiliate team. You’ll do this by planning, executing, and reporting onperformance campaigns as well as working alongside marketing, conversion andcreative teams to ensure performance efficiency and growth against monthlytargets.

What you willdo
Strategy and Planning
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, analysing, and optimising partner performance, including impact on KPIs.
- Accountable for executing the strategy for the team’s affiliates accounts set by the Affiliate Manager.
- Responsible for delivering the affiliate marketing strategy including: affiliates’ bidding and cost management, forecasting and planning of future volume and profitability.
Marketing Effectiveness
- Accountable for the day-to-day performance of Affiliates.
- Work closely with other Affiliate Account Managers to complete a thorough assessment of future possible model(s) for affiliate management.
- Work closely with the Affiliate Operations Team Lead to ensure smooth transactions of affiliates data to the affiliates’ management system (Entain Affiliate Platform).
- Manage the activity of the team’s affiliates to ensure compliance with regulations/policies.
- Work closely with BI to review, analyse and develop digital attribution models and implement recommended changes quickly and effectively.
Innovation
· Proactively identify market and strategic opportunities across thedigital channels and direct the team towards possible ways to increase valueand profitability from new and existing customers in order to achieve higherFTDs and improve NGR.
Who youare
- Experience working with Affiliates.
- Significant hands-on and strategic online sports and gaming experience.
- Technical experience working with affiliate platforms (e.g. Mexos, Income Access)
- Strong analytic and qualitative skills with the ability to analyse and use data efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to engage and collaborate within a large organisation.
- Solution focused and able to thrive in a result-oriented, high paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to present ideas.
- High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising legislation and codes of practice.
