As a Game Integrity Analyst - Poker, you will be responsible for identifying and analysing potential game integrity issues and helping to mitigate any negative effects that it might have on the poker networks.

You will be reviewing customer account activity, for example: poker game play, suspicious activities and behavioral patterns, all with the aim of helping to build cases that result in removing any players who are a threat to the integrity of the games on the Entain poker networks.

You are responsible for handling written and verbal customer communication on behalf of the Game Integrity whilst following the internal protocols and procedures.

It is essential that the candidates for this role have a good understanding of game of Poker in order to be considered for this role. 

Poker Room Operations is the hub of poker knowledge and systems, with varied requests and enquiries from across the business; working as a team to ensure these are handled precisely and efficiently is key to our success as a brand.

What you will do

  • Highlight irregularities and anomalies in normal playing patterns using our bespoke, in-house tools and rules engines to highlight potentially suspicious activity.
  • Parse the daily gaming transactions that occur on the platform and evaluate them based on their individuality, past transactions, historical transactions, account attributes, player profiles and behavior
  • Responding to and dealing with customer communication.
  • Handling queries and providing support to other internal Entain teams
  • Looking for ways to constantly improve the processes and the business
  • Handling all assigned tasks in line with all the relevant regulatory requirements
  • Take appropriate measures on customer accounts according to internal process requirements and compliance procedures

Who you are

  • Poker knowledge is essential 
  • Experience in customer service would be ideal, but not essential 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience of working efficiently in a high-volume work environment, whilst managing your workload in a timely and efficient manner
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Working hours:  Morning shifts (07:30-16:30PM), Afternoon shifts (16:30-01:30AM), Night shifts (00:30-08:30) rotating every 2 months.
