As a CRM Manager, you’ll plan and execute effective CRM activities. It will involve managing budgets, driving change and innovation, optimizing performance, ensuring compliance, and leading a team to achieve business goals and targets. The role aims to maximize customer retention and reactivation and deliver measurable results. You’ll be a brilliant people motivator capable of driving the “BAU”, but also transforming our function to be the best CRM team.

Location : Gibraltar

The CRM Manager will work in the CRM department and reports into the Head of CRM. Ultimately, your role will contribute to building strong customer relationships, achieving key performance indicators, and driving the success of our overall CRM strategy.

Across the UK and Europe, we operate a portfolio of renowned consumer brands, including Ladbrokes, Coral, Gala, Foxy, Bwin, Party, and more. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the direct marketing activities for some of these brands, delivering targeted communications to our customers. Our aim is to create personalized customer engagement plans, ensuring that each customer's marketing experience is tailored to their preferences.

What you will do

  • You’ll be involved in Strategic planning, Marketing Execution and ensuring you are Innovative in everything you do!
  • Build a mid-term strategy & framework for all CRM activity.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting and cost of all CRM activities to align with financial targets set quarterly,
  • Drive change, adopting new channels and capabilities / platforms as they arise.
  • Clearly describing commercial benefits of changes as they are delivered.
  • Seen as a subject matter expert that has additional specialist responsibilities in onboarding new technology used to automate processes and improve         customer journeys.
  • Oversees all CRM activity. Accountable for the team`s performance, including achievement of key KPIs and commercial targets. 
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to follow up on tasks and make sure all activities are on track with the agreed KPIs and budget.
  • Assess team knowledge gaps and arrange CRM training. Implement improved CRM processes and opportunities.
  • Build & maintain 3rd party relationships with partners.
  • Work with technology teams for specific integrations and/ or implementations.
  • Responsible for day to day management of a small sized team (approx. 1-4 people).
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance individual expertise against personal development plans.

Who you are

  • Demonstrable hands on experience in CRM activity. 
  • Technical experience working with CRM tools and platforms.
  • Experience of actively using and optimising CRM techniques
  • High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
  • Highly effective analytic and qualitative skills with the ability to analyse and use data efficiently.
