As a Finance Administrator you will be responsible for accurate reporting, investigation and reduction of cash and revenue leakage within the retail business. You’ll be in the thick of it, providing weekly and monthly feedback to stakeholders and building relationships with internal and external auditors, other business units and 3rd party providers.
Reporting to the Cash and Central Audit Senior Manager , you will be part of the Retail Finance team who are responsible for business as usual reporting by conducting analysis on weekly audits; looking for and investigating any anomalies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Conduct analysis on weekly audits prior to release in order to eliminate wastage of audit resource.
- Collate weekly and monthly analysis on audit outcomes, developing reports, dashboards, data sets, and other reporting tools to support this analysis.
- Identify gaps in existing information and opportunities for new levels of support whilst actively looking for solutions to problems with data.
- Liaise with business functions to support ongoing and upcoming projects, including conducting
reviews and attending regional team meetings with Area Managers, with a view to increasing the
focus on prevention and visibility at source.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting and feedback to retail stakeholders, reporting on output and providing key trend analysis.
- Liaise with the Hyderabad team, ensuring transactional tasks are completed offshoreand value
added tasks receive priority in the UK
WHO YOU ARE
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail with an interrogative nature when reviewing problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to influence other people, including peers and various levels of management, with proven awareness of impact decisions have on others.
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
- Reconciliation experience.
- AAT Technician or equivalent preferred

- Accounting, Audit or Analytical experience.
- Good understanding of shop processes, till systems and retail environments.
