As a Head of gaming commercial you will be responsible for the UK Slots, Table and RNG and Live Casino Performance (Casino) for all UK brands. Leading a highly motivated team of Commercial Managers to own, manage and be accountable for each brands’ Casino Slots, Table and Live Casino Activity Plan.

What you will do
 
Work with the Director of Commercial and Product develop and evolve the Slots, Live and Table Games Strategy and Plan, aligned to the overall Casino Strategy and augmenting the overall Entain Slots, Live  and Table Games Plan, that drives growth & value by being ‘best in class’, market leading and differentiated to competitors.

Own, manage and be accountable for the Casino Daily/Weekly/Monthly Performance and Activity Plan, measured against the clear set of KPIs to ensure each revenue driving component is exceeding plan; reacting rapidly and proactively to identified areas of opportunity or underperformance and adjusting activities to capitalise or address. 

Have very strong analytical skills, work with BI to identify product and customer opportunity and create, with the team, plans to capitalise on them

An inspiring leader that provides leadership and direction to the team, creating and embedding a culture where continuous improvement is embraced; mentors and develops the team by providing development, coaching, objectives setting and performance management

Encourages communication and collaboration across the wider business, team and stakeholders in order to build strong relationships and develop cross functional working

Manage direct reports and provide coaching, objectives and goal setting, performance management and other people policies as required from time to time; ensure they are motivated, productive and fully compliant with all regulations, legislation and team values and behaviours.

The role is responsible for leading the short, medium and long-term planning of the Casino Product in the UK, driving the optimisation of the proposition to achieve NGR revenue growth targets from Casino and gaming products for each brand.

Who you are:
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK Casino Market and in particular, Slots and Table Games
  • Experience managing large multi-brand gaming operations
  • Conversant on regulatory and industry trends, changes and challenges
  • Experience in incident management – resolution, rectification and escalation where relevant, protecting the interests and obligations of the PML holders
  • Strong customer-experience and product vision
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the gaming industry and major competitors
  • Experience in a multi-brand, international business, working to a variety of brand pillars and strategies concurrently
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels from Board level to Colleague
  • Excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills
