As a Video and Graphic Designer, you will make a positive impact across the business by helping marketing and operation teams to achieve operational excellence by creating visually compelling graphic & video material.
Reporting to the content designer, you will be part of the professional services team, who is a growing team of inside experts, responsible for servicing the entire business! They cooperate with Operations, Customer Service, Product, Tech, CMS, Marketing and Design teams!

What you will do
- Create various video types for internal usage (e.g. learning videos, promotion of feature, product/tech announcements, etc.)
- Create various types of graphic designs
- Create infographics, logos, images, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
- Create SharePoint material(articles, etc.)
Who you are
- Proven graphic designing experience & a strong portfolio of illustrations
- Demonstrating video editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Experienced of design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- Having In-depth knowledge of video editing softwares, such as Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Able to work independently as well as cooperatively with other team members/internal clients to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include working on simultaneous projects
