As unikrn’s Senior Product Designer, You will Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences to inform your outcomes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather requirements and define project objectives to deliver insights and define the problems to be solved. You will also create user interfaces based on user-centred design principles.
This role can be based in Sydney or Wellington.

What We Are Looking for:

5+ years of experience shipping digital products.

Expertise in user research methodologies and techniques.

Expertise of data tools and how they inform better outcomes.

Expertise in user-centred design principles and best practices.

Solid knowledge of Figma.

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.

Knowledge of (micro)animations, and how to apply them in the right moment of the user journey.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to iterate and adapt designs based on research.

Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address design challenges.
