As Copywriter, you will be working with the rest of the CS Content Team to draft clear, simple, and on-brand content for our internal and external customers. The successful candidate must be able to use tone and brand across a variety of different gaming labels with keen attention to varied customer demographic groups. Duties can also include proof-reading, copy-editing, rewriting, summarising, and paraphrasing content, researching the information contained therein, as well as managing the population of the content into CMS systems. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, ever evolving marketplace and should possess a passion and flair for writing. Strong English language skills and a keen attention to detail are also necessary skills for this role.
What you will do
- Write clear, complete, and accurate written material including Online Help, FAQs, customer support responses, and predefined chat responses.
- Adjust/create texts containing the same information into different pieces to suit different branding styles and customer groups.
- Proactively seek information about upcoming changes and developments within the business or the marketplace.
- Create and revise content based on product updates and feedback.
- Update previously drafted material to make it relevant and on-brand.
- Apply and maintain consistency with content standards.
Who you are
- Demonstrated ability to write in different styles and tones to suit different audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to research and plan content on web and/or mobile interfaces.
- Knowledge of a Customer Service environment and the needs of agents and customers.
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, continuously evolving, environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
- Published copy/content – experience in journalism for example;
