Digital Payments & Fraud Business Analyst

As a Digital Payments & Fraud Business Analyst, you will utilise both your data analysis, project management and lean process improvement skills, to drive key initiatives and improvements in Entain’s Payments Operations department. You will work with cutting-edge payments technology, at a one of the world’s largest online gaming & sports betting groups, who process over 1 million payments each day.

Salary: Up to 40,000 Lev gross per year, plus great benefits.
Location: Expo 2000 Office Park, Sofia.

Reporting to the Payments Operations Manager, you will be part of the Payments Operations Team, who are responsible for analysing our data & processes, then going on to manage projects, deliver end-to-end initiatives and drive efficiencies in our processes.

What you will do

  • Bolster Payments & Risk MI reporting and analysis capabilities to enable more data-driven decision making for reducing risk and driving operational improvements.
  • Analyze deposit and withdrawal payments processes and data to interpret results, determine significance and implications, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency by refining or redefining our team’s activities.
  • Drive initiatives on behalf of Payment Ops to internal operational process and through engagement with Entain’s Product and Engineering Team for techincal developments.

Who you are

  • Strong SQL, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Solid experience working in digital tech company, consulting firm, payments provider, strategy, or operations role.
  • The ability to provide practical business insights from data.
  • Experience identifying and solving business problems (operational, commercial, organizational).
  • An understanding of project management principles and lean process improvement.
