As a Maintenance Coordinator you will assist the Regional Maintenance Manager in delivering a safe, efficient, and effective maintenance service to circa 1200 retail shops.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will be part of the UK Retail Property Team who are responsible for maintaining the high standards of our Ladbrokes and Coral shops.

What you will do 

         Working closely with the Maintenance Manager to review, prioritise and approve quoted works
         Ensure all RAMS/H&S Files are on file where required as per H&S regulations
         Manage primary and secondary maintenance contractors via company CAFM system
         Coordinate and manage numerous contractor workstreams to ensure jobs are completed in a timely fashion
         Carry out monthly compliance audits.
         Work with external Contractors/Regional Contract Managers to resolve operational escalations
         Review non-urgent maintenance requests and release / reject in line with agreed maintenance approach
         Occasional site and Contractor visits will be required

Who you are 

         Experience of CAFM systems within a multi-site organisation and working knowledge of Verisae in particular 
         Working knowledge of property / maintenance compliance requirements including but not limited to CDM, Asbestos, Legionella, Electrical & Gas Safety
         The ability to identify problems and suggest helpful resolutions
         Extremely organised with strong attention to detail
