Account Manager (Creative Agency)

As our Account Manager you will be responsible for gatekeeping and managing the relationship with Stakeholders from brief to delivery, across their brand. We are an in-house creative agency responsible for bringing all communications and marketing briefs to life, through creating and producing innovative content that increases business performance across Entain brands. We deliver campaigns spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing, tv and social.

What you will do

  • Build solid partnership with respective stakeholders
  • Point of contact for stakeholders all on a campaigns
  • Checking and triaging all Tier 1 & 2 briefs prior to greenlight
  • Uses Marketing strategy insights to influence and advise stakeholders and the creative team
  • Proactively plans and schedules meetings for campaign milestones
  • Works with the Producer on all Tier 1 & 2 campaigns
  • Shares feedback with team to ensure creative amendments are made
  • Write contact reports for all meetings
  • Work with and guide the brand and marketing partners to ensure briefs are detailed with clear objectives
  • Manage and motivate project teams to help troubleshoot across all projects
  • Encourage and facilitate collaboration both across the wider delivery team and Group as a whole.
  • Manage and mitigate risk of late delivery of campaigns 
  • Work with 3rd Party agencies on brands and campaigns.
  • Occasional travel is expected as part of the role, including oversees

Who you are

  • Previous account management experience
  • Experience of integrated/360 campaigns, end to end process
  • Exceptional people skills, experience working effectively with a variety of different clients. 
  • Excellent negotiator and influencer 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines
  • Commercial experience costing campaigns
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to the demands of challenging and unusual projects.
  • Previous account leadership experience within creative agency or in house.
  • Able to work across a variety of production processes and aware of their technological requirements.
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to the demands of challenging and unusual projects
  • It would be advantageous to be fluent in German (written and verbal) as well as English.
