WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Provide analytical support and insight to enable high profile and impactful decision making for the Gaming function and the wider business, allowing key stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide analysis not data. Understand the data, draw out actionable findings, and deliver them clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders.
  • Work with the Head of Gaming Analytics to identify and implement consistent analytical metrics around complex business issues and processes.
  • Drive analytical projects though to delivery and embed them within the organization.
  • Pro-actively monitor key metrics, identifying unusual performance and highlighting to the business potential areas of both risk and opportunity.
  • Work closely with Gaming function to ensure alignment.
  • Build relationships with business leaders across the team, promoting the Gaming Analytics team’s capabilities and ensuring we remain front of mind for colleagues.
  • Mentor and help to develop (less senior) colleagues within the team by sharing knowledge and collaborating on projects or tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with all analysts within the wider team.

WHO YOU ARE

Essential:

  • High level analytical experience 
  • Expert knowledge of SQL with a thorough understanding of database structure and logic
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python / R)
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders clearly and work through to completion
  • Strong mathematical background

  • Understating of fundamental gambling logic
  • Knowledge of and passion for our products
