As a Head of UX Research, you will be responsible for defining and driving the creation of a comprehensive, connected research strategy that ensures a quality driven, player-centric experiences that elevate gameplay, enhance usability, and maximize overall player satisfaction.
Reporting to Director UX/UI, you will be part of our UX team.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX researchers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive UX research strategy that aligns with wider insights objectives and ensures our ability to deliver exceptional player experiences.
- Create a clear strategy and execution plan to deliver through quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all UX design activities.
Who you are
- Extensive experience establishing and developing a research function within a complex matrix organisation.
- Expert approach communicating research methods and outputs telling the appropriate story with colleagues across the business.
- Experience building and defining a people led approach to capability development.
- Set the vision and direction for researchers supporting them as the team matures.
