As our Head of Product – Studios you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, driving product innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences across our diverse portfolio of betting and gaming products.

Reporting to the Director of In-House Games and you will be part of the Product and Technology team.

What you will do 

  • You will develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s goals and market trends
  •  You will identify growth opportunities and drive the evolution of the product roadmap to maintain a competitive edge in our industry
  • You will collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategy with overall business objectives and the departments OKRs
  • You will develop, lead and coach a stellar team of product managers and product owners, guiding them in discovery, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives. By providing development, coaching, objectives and goal setting and performance management, you will ensure the team is motivated and productive, achieving real customer and business impact.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders including design, technology, compliance, commercial, finance and legal to ensure successful product launches and ongoing success.

Who you are 

  • Experienced in the delivery of Product Strategy, outlines the company's strategic vision for its product offerings by stating where the products are going, how they will get there and why they will succeed.
  • Well-versed in User Story Definition, describes and outlines a general explanation of a software or product feature written from the perspective of the end users to ensure the software or product will provide value to customers.
  • Advanced knowledge of Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Definition & Tracking, outlines and monitors key results or indicators to achieve a desired outcome.
  • Experienced in Backlog Prioritisation Management, documents a prioritised list of work for the development team that is derived from the roadmap and its requirements ensuring that the most important items.
  • Stakeholder Management, organises, monitors and improves relationships with stakeholders.
  • Partner Selection & Management chooses a partner strategically by evaluating them against business requirements.
  • Experienced in Project/Programme Management, planning, organising, and overseeing tasks, resources, and timelines to achieve specific objectives and deliver successful outcomes within a defined scope.
