Compensation Analyst 

As Compensation Analyst, you will use your quantitative skills to provide analytics and insight to support the execution of Entain’s compensation plans and processes and will act as a trusted subject matter expert to HR People Partners on all areas of compensation.. You will work on Annual Salary Review process, annual Group Bonus process, market benchmarking of roles, job evaluation and various Compensation surveys.

What you will do 

  • Work with Finance to appropriately forecast cost of bonus and incentive schemes.
  • Supports the delivery of important analysis and reports.
  • Delivers research and internal costings to support the development of proposals.
  • Create Compensation analytics
  • Supports the review and design of new/existing compensation plans and processes.
  • Keeps abreast of legislative changes in reward and external market trends through surveys and benchmarking and highlights existing reward policies and procedures that may be impacted.
  • Works with the Head of Compensation, other team members and business stakeholders to develop compensation policies and processes which are aligned with, and support, the business strategy.
  •  Supports Talent Acquisition, the People Team and other business stakeholders with recommendations for appropriate market competitive compensation offers.

Who you are

  • A track record of working in an in-house reward team in an international context
  • Excellent quantitative skills and a track record of working with large data-sets
  • Experience of supporting compensation plans, processes (e.g. annual salary review).
  • Experienced in job evaluation, market benchmarking, preparing compensation recommendations, designing and managing pay ranges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  •  Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson Global Grading System and Compensation software (desirable)
