The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and reporting performance campaigns on social media platforms, as well as working alongside the marketing, conversion and creative team to ensure performance efficiency and growth against monthly targets.

This role will involve strong analytical, technical and creative skills to support the User Acquisition social media strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about the digital advertising ecosystem and must have a self-starter, result-driven mindset.  
 
What you'll be doing:
 
Accountable for the day-to-day UA campaign management on social media platforms, including Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter.
Responsible for improving performance effectiveness through campaign optimisation and testing to ensure the monthly targets KPIs are hit and leverage long-term growth.
Identify new opportunities to scale activity. Translate them into media plans, considering previous performance and upcoming Sport events and/or Gaming Propositions around payday cycles.
Ensure social campaign tracking is implemented correctly so media spend can be efficiently measured and attributed back to the relevant budget. Work alongside the conversion team to QA conversion journeys and ensure they’re fully optimised.  
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports. Present findings, results and recommendations on campaign strategies, target groups and creative efficiency.
Coordinate creative assets and landing pages request. Report back performance insights to creative studio and brand marketing team in order to keep improving creative efficiency.
Promptly flag performance drops, identify possible causes and execute correction.
Support the Paid Social Media team with regular competitor analysis and audience insights that which will provide benchmarks and ideas to innovate.
Keep up to date with Industry and UA social media best practices and trends.  
 
What we need from you:
 
Technical experience working in social media advertising tools and platforms.
Strong analytic and qualitative skills with the ability to analyse and use data efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to engage and collaborate within a large organisation.
Solution focused and able to thrive in result-oriented, high paced environment.
Strategic thinker with the ability to present ideas.
Self-starter with proactive attitude to work.
Demonstrated ability to think Creativity and Strategically; ability to articulate ideas clearly.
High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
