As an Analytics QA Lead, you will be responsible for setting up QA best-practice with a high degree of automation, delivering strategic capabilities, hands-on work and leading a team of testers both as direct report and non.

Reporting to the Head of Data Ops you will collaborate as part of a small leadership team.

What you will do 
  • Lead and manage a team of QA engineers
  • Defining and executing strategies and best practice to assure the quality of Data and Analytics Products including enterprise presentation layers, APIs, subject oriented marts, dashboards, reports and cubes.
  • Promote high degree of QA automation as part of a CI/CD pipelines
  • Define, document and enforce best practice SDLC processes and standards
  • Build solutions to high standard NFRs to assure supportability and transition to ops teams

Who you are 

  • A strong background in data testing, working with data warehouses and focusing on data quality.
  • Proven experience setting up best practice QA governance.
  • Experience setting up & leading large tech-teams.
  • A strong automation testing background.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
