To provide a professional and comprehensive resourcing service, recruiting high quality retail colleagues across the Ladbrokes Coral Retail Estate and ensuring that KPIs and SLA's are achieved whilst working in a high paced, fun environment.

Key responsibilities
Main:
Ensure full and effective use of all recruitment tools (ATS, job board databases, testing, screening questions etc.) in order to maximise efficiency & maintain data integrity
Take effective role briefings from Hiring Manager to ensure a smooth recruitment process from end to end for all required Retail roles in the Region and support buddy region
In conjunction with the Recruitment Team Leader, continually review all internal and external advertising and screening processes for allocated roles to ensure desired responses are achieved
Conduct effective assessments to assist in final selection decisions - CV screening, telephone screening, online testing
Work closely with line managers to support them through the process, providing excellent candidate insight, whilst ensuring that employment regulations are adhered to and best practice is maintained
Constantly build external talent pipelines of prospective candidates through direct approaching, sourcing and engagement methods and events
Deliver exceptional levels of candidate and stakeholder management ensuring that Entain’s Core values are strengthened & upheld
