As Payments Operations Analyst, you will be a vital part of in the global operations team specialising in supporting digital payments across all of Entain’s brands. You’ll be in the thick of it, examining Entain’s overall payments performance to determine possibilities to drive operational improvements, collaborate with internal tech teams, run market comparisons and bench markings to identify enhancements points.

Reporting to our Payments Operations Manager, you will be part of the Payments Operations team, who are responsible for supporting digital payments across all of Entain’s brands.

What you will do

  • Analyze payments data to interpret the results, determine the significance and implications of gaps/issues, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency by refining/redefining, executing, and communicating operational processes.
  • Evaluate large volume of data to provide operations excellence to an already high performing team. 
  • Identify data gaps/issues and work with other departments to have them rectified, thus improving data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
  • Assess existing Payment reports, design new ones and support relevant teams in building/revamping/validating them.
  • Work alongside the Operational Senior Payment Executive Team and Senior Management Team to support and deliver process improvements.  
Who you are

  • A payments professional with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills and experience working with large amounts of data.
  • Experienced in all, or some of the following tools:  Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Power BI skills.
