What you will do 

 

  • Redesign and streamline all AFC policies in line with new Policy Governance protocols
  • Manage, maintain and create Group AFC Policies and related procedures
  • Provide training and guidance on the Risk Assessment application to a network of internal AFC / MLRO contacts across all Entain entities and subsidiaries
  • Design and implement a robust global AFC regulatory horizon scanning programme to track regulatory change, ensuring the necessary actions and protocols are in place for all jurisdictions in which Entain operates in
  • Develop and train a network of internal AFC / MLRO contacts across all Entain entities, subsidiaries and JVs with assigned AFC horizon scanning obligations
  • Lead the regulatory change and business impact assessments for key markets, whilst coordinating and validating the impact of local regulatory changes for the reminder
  • Lead a team of direct reports, ensuring workload is prioritised and delivered to a high standard

     

    Who you are 

     

  • Detailed knowledge of global AFC (AML, TF and Sanctions) regulations, legislation and guidance
  • Background in Policy & Risk Assessment design, development and implementation
  • Deep experience of regulatory FinCrime management in complex organisations
  • Experience of multiple stakeholder management at senior management level, including stakeholders from the business and control functions, as well as third party organisations
  • Track record of leading global projects or initiatives with senior stakeholders and managing geographically diverse teams
