As a VOC Platform Manager, you will act as a subject matter expert for our VOC platforms as the owner of surveys and reporting. You will manage and govern the roll-out of the digital blueprint across Entain labels and be responsible for new survey launches and updates, along with the corresponding reporting updates. You will be responsible for user management and facilitate training globally. 

Reporting to VOC Platform lead, you will be part of the VOC Customer Platform team who are responsible for working closely with CX specialists and other platform users to understand and deliver their business needs through the platform capabilities.

What you will do

  • Manage all aspects of the platform capability encompassing surveys and reporting. 
  • Review and coordinate new survey requests and reporting enhancements from various teams, assessing their viability considering the existing offering. 
  • Own the capability development life cycle related to the platform: from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously. 
  • Deliver and report on a program plan to meet Entain needs, maximise value from the VOC platform and maintain the functional and security integrity of the VOC platform. 
  • Work with supplier SMEs to influence their development plans, derive value from updates and ensure speedy satisfactory resolution of Entain requests.

  • Strong Project management skills. Able to develop and assess plans and roadmaps.

  • Build capability and enable the team to deliver results collectively and individually. 
  • A talented oral and written communicator who enables others to adopt CX actions and beliefs
