We are looking for a Gaming Propositions Manager to join our team in Gibraltar and own the proposition suite for the Canadian market. In the role you will be responsible for owning and developing the Gaming Proposition, creating market-leading experiences that attract, reward, and retain our customers. You will deliver our brand positioning through the experiences you create, working with teams across the business to achieve our brand strategy.

Location: Gibraltar – relocation package available to UK/EU citizens interested in relocating to Gibraltar.

What you will do 

  • Own and develop the Gaming Proposition, ensuring our proposition suite delivers market-leading experiences that create commercial benefit through enhanced customer retention and lifetime value 
  • Develop the Proposition to meet our customer & consumer insight both through the promotions and their respective communication to deliver on our brand positioning 
  • Co-ordinate the analytics, planning, execution and reporting of new proposition experiences between internal business teams ensuring a collective approach to Propositions 
  • Manage & optimise the promotional budget to deliver bonus efficiency & ROI from all campaigns 
  • Establish regular, detailed analysis of the Proposition performance, with actionable insight on how to evolve and/or refine promotions 
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders including our Brand & CRM functions to ensure our proposition matches our brand positioning and adheres to our overall Gaming strategy  
  • Oversee the execution of Proposition experiences to ensure delivery of an outstanding customer experience  
  • Create strong relationships with internal business functions to deliver 360-degree customer experiences

Who you are 

  • You will have experience within the industry, in either a customer marketing and/or digital promotions role
  • You be commercially savvy and comfortable managing budgets and delivering ROI on campaign spend 
  • Experience with retention strategies and campaigns  
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Good IT skills, specifically Excel & PowerPoint
