As Head of Commercial Sportsbook Performance, you will be responsible for delivering and understanding our P&L performance of 3 brands, in 6 countries, owning the narrative and communication around this and driving actions to grow and optimise the business.

The role involves the management of stakeholders across the business to coordinate and ensure the successful implementation of initiatives that drive our Commercial Performance.

Location: Gibraltar 

What you will do 

You will be critical in the delivery of Sportsbook KIPs, requiring a strong understanding of the Sports and Betting industries. 

  • Leading the integration of multiple territories into one cohesive and efficient way of working to drive forward performance.  Critical role in implementation of consistent approach whilst remaining relevant to each territory and its nuances.
  • Development of team members ensuring that their role is appropriately challenging and enriching.
  • Understanding Sportsbook NGR performance across all Sports, Brands and Territories and updating stakeholders, accordingly, creating an appropriate narrative around that performance.
  • Responsible for the timely delivery of all P&L analysis (including ad hoc) and Lead and Coordination of all cross-functional reporting / presentations.
  • Ownership of end-to-end Commercial forecasting, evaluation and testing of Bonus spend and Concessions, including Fraud / Abuse.
  • Supporting Director of Commercial Performance In all activities, providing cover and when needed.

Who you are 

  • Industry experience – must have worked in Sportsbook
  • High degree of numerical and analytical skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Effective communication and influence cross-functionally and to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint Skills
  • Proven managerial experience – lead, inspire and guide a team
  • Able to operate with high degree of autonomy
