As a Senior Enterprise Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for the Global Poker P&L Performance across our brands. You will work You will be our Poker Performance expert, working with the Head of Poker Proposition and Promotions and Product Marketing Functions to develop and implement the Strategy and Plan.

Reporting to Head of Enterprise Analytics & Product Tracking you will be part of Our Analytics team who are responsible for the delivery on our poker ambitious commercial goals, measured against a clear set of KPIs to ensure each revenue driving component is exceeding plan; reacting rapidly and proactively to identified areas of opportunity or underperformance and adjusting activities to capitalize or address.

What you will do 

  • Work with the Senior Team to formulate the vision & strategies to achieve targets set in the Budget Plan
  • Own, manage and be accountable for Poker Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance, measured against the clear set of KPIs to ensure each revenue driving component is exceeding plan
  • Work with BI, Finance and other teams to analyze performance, using insight to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Continually monitor the market to assess competitor activity to identify opportunities, threats and learnings that can be applied tothe business
  • Lead, manage and develop the Poker Commercial Team – Ensuring the team is motivated, productive, and fully compliant with all regulation.

Who you are 

  • First and foremost, you will be fluent in the world of Poker! To be truly successful in this role, you will understand poker in a full 360 world, as this will allow you to understand our customers to an unrivalled level.
  • You will also be a strong level in a similar role at present, who would describe themselves as a strong commercially minded, and analytical thinker who is data lead, customer focused and results orientated.
  • You will be a strong communicator and true believer in collaboration. Experienced in communicating and collaborating across a large business, multiple teams and stakeholders in order to build strong relationships and develop cross functional working.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Gaming Industry; including major suppliers and key competitors.
  • Experience with planning, project management, execution and evaluation against target metrics.
  • Experience managing large multi-brands gaming operations.
