As a Senior Channels Manager, you will be a subject matter expert on all things IC channels and digital experience, and will be passionate about delivering a best in class offer to our people around the globe.

Reporting to Head of Engagement & Experience, you will be part of the People Team, Including Internal Communications and Engagement, Our Internal Communication and Engagement team is at the very heart of Entain and we’re looking for a Senior Channels Manager to join the team and take on the global management of our channels strategy and execution.

What you will do 
We’re looking for an established communication and digital experience leader, responsible for the design and future roadmap of all Entain-wide Internal Communications Channels.

Leading a culture of continuous improvement that is driven by the latest technologies and content trends, you’ll create brilliant experiences for our people. Whether that be ensuring our global platform, Entain.Me is best in class or handling the technical production of global Company wide Viva Engage live events, you will have the experience to keep on raising the bar to provide a brilliant service to our internal customers. 

The role holder will report to the Head of Engagement & Experience and will partner closely with the People Leadership Team, the Internal Communications Team, and End User Service Team to ensure alignment of the Internal Communications Channels Roadmap with the wider HR and workplace Technology agenda. 

You’ll provide advice and guidance on best-in-class IC Channels and the integration with the wider technology stack and physical assets (office spaces) to create great experiences for employees. And you’ll partner with the Internal Communications team to provide IC Channels subject matter expertise on all aspects of communications campaigns, planning, content, and measurement including online, offline, and events.

Who you are

  • Expert knowledge of Internal Communication channels and best practices including the use of Microsoft products in delivering SharePoint, Viva, and Power products. 
  • Technology savvy, self-starter with a passion for project work, leading and driving initiatives. 
  • Strong business insight and judgment to navigate ambiguity. 
  • Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. 
  • Strong expertise in digital communication platforms and tools, with a deep understanding of user experience and engagement metrics.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong understanding and expertise of Microsoft technologies including SharePoint, Viva, and Teams used in Internal Communications and Engagement
  • Good creative, technical, and platform knowledge to create and deliver brilliant content in a compelling way through the appropriate channel including intranet, video, print, digital and social media.
