Responsible for all forms of internal and external communication to staff, internal business partners, owners & customers. Making full use of all internal communication platforms, social media and marketing tools to increase business activity, colleague engagement and business awareness & performance to an outstanding level!

What are the Key Responsibilities?

  • To work with Stadia Managers to ensure a regular flow of communication to colleagues allowing them to keep up to date with all Stadia and wider business activities
  • To engage with internal partners to communicate all positive Stadia activity and achievements to the wider business utilising all internal communications tools
  • To be responsible for the management and development of the Stadia websites, other social media & all customer communications. Ensure they are delivered on brand and in a professional manner at all times
  • Drive customer experience and awareness of Stadia activities with particular emphasis on commercial opportunities, the racing product, welfare & rehoming activity!
  • Deliver daily social media updates in conjunction with the Stadia Management team crafted to drive followers and user numbers
  • Develop social media strategy and update platforms to include rehoming & racing updates and interviews
  • Develop the database at each Stadia to allow targeted commercial communications to drive business opportunities
  • Support the Stadia teams on Category One final and Gala events
  • To drive sales of sponsorship, advertising and hospitality packages to individuals, groups and companies;
  • To ensure the collation & use of customer information is controlled in line with GDPR legislation;
  • To craft and deliver marketing material and racing programmes as required ensuring compliance with both brand and regulatory standards
  • Attend tracks at least once a month in person to assess management team needs and agree actions for the period ahead
  • Deputise for other Communication managers during periods of absence or leave and carry out role of Duty Manager as required
  • Ensuring that all Commercial staff are aware of the Work Instruction Notices and ensure that they are adequately trained
  • To ensure that all areas and equipment are safe, reporting any concerns to the Safety and Compliance Officer
